The “Candy Sweet Potato Sundae” (800 yen) is inspired by Port Discovery, a future world where nature and science are in harmony and a marina that transcends time and space. The sundae is made with Okoshi and Daifuku (sweet rice cake and Daifuku rice cake), which are inspired by the rocky terrain scattered throughout the area, and candy sweet potatoes and Mitarashi sauce, which evoke a mysterious nightscape.
The fusion of various flavors will make your mouth overflow with happiness every time you take a bite. Try it while taking a break from strolling in the park!
