AEON Laketown (4-1-1, Laketown, Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture) will reopen its “Laketown OUTLET” on March 29 with additional floor space.

AEON Lake Town is undergoing a large-scale renovation from March 2023 to 2025. In the 2023 renovation, 40 stores in “Lake Town kaze” and “Lake Town mori” were renovated. This will be the second phase of the renewal.

In the second phase of renewal, a new two-story expansion building will be built at Laketown OUTLET. The existing 34 stores in the existing building will also be renewed, including international brands and lifestyle brands, for a total of 64 new stores.

Prior to this, Laketown kaze/mori will also undergo a renewal. The new 70 new stores will open in sequence, with a full lineup of fashion, general merchandise, gourmet, and children’s specialty stores.

The facilities have also been renovated, with a new bridge connecting the expansion building and Lake Town Kaze, allowing visitors to move comfortably between the facilities.

In the existing building, the Forest Bridge, which connects to Lake Town mori, is directly connected to the 2nd floor of the 3rd Ave. building, and the “Sky Plaza” deck is extended to directly connect to the 2nd floors of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Ave. buildings, allowing visitors to move between facilities without getting wet. The new building is directly connected to the second floors of the 1st Avenue, 2nd Avenue, and 3rd Avenue buildings, allowing visitors to move between facilities without getting wet.

In addition, a new gathering space will be installed in the space along the Osagami Regulating Pond in the existing building to allow visitors to experience the waterfront and nature.
