Grand opening of “Inspire”, Asia’s new generation entertainment resort in Incheon, Korea! Large-scale IR with hotel, casino, arena, and commercial facilities near the airport

Posted on March 7, 2024 by News Admin

INSPIRE, a large-scale resort complex that Inspire Entertainment Resorts had been developing in Incheon, South Korea, had its grand opening on March 5.

On the same day, the CEO of Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment, the parent company of Inspire and the developer and operator of the integrated resort, as well as officials from Korean government agencies, Incheon International Airport Corporation, and press from East Asian countries were invited to attend the grand opening ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chen Su, President and CEO of Inspire Entertainment Resorts, said, “I joined the Inspire project 18 months ago as the 36th employee. The past 18 months have been the most challenging yet most rewarding time of my career,” he said, expressing his gratitude to parent company Mohegan and many other business partners.

Inspire is a large-scale integrated resort facility that includes three five-star hotels, a shopping mall, a 15,000-seat arena, a foreigner-only casino, and an all-weather indoor pool. Located approximately 15 minutes by shuttle bus from Incheon International Airport in South Korea, the project had a soft opening on November 30, 2023.

The Rotunda, the venue for the event, is the centerpiece of the resort, with a “moving” digital chandelier sparkling overhead. Whenever there is a live performance or concert at the Inspire Arena, this space will be used as the event space.

Each of the Inspire facilities that we have seen in person will be described in a separate article.
