Nishikiri x Sanrio, Kyoto limited edition of “Kyo Zukumi” (Kyoto pickles). Total 4 kinds including Hello Kitty/Cinnamoroll/Pochakko.

Posted on March 5, 2024 by News Admin

Nishikiri will release “Kyo Zutsumi” (990 yen per piece), a collaboration with Sanrio characters, on March 8. The product will be sold exclusively at the main store in front of Nishi-honganji Temple and other stores in Kyoto City.

Two types of Kyoto pickles (40g each), the standard products “Yukari-murasaki” and “Yamasato no Aroma,” are wrapped in character-patterned furoshiki wrapping cloth, with a total of four designs: Hello Kitty (pink), Cinnamoroll (blue), Pochakko (green) and the Web-exclusive Sanrio Characters (yellow). They are in light and gentle colors, and each character’s card tag is attached to the knot.

It is compact in size and can be carried at room temperature, and is recommended as a souvenir of Kyoto. The furoshiki (approx. 45 x 45 cm) can also be used as a lunch box wrapper, lunch cloth, or for other daily purposes.
