JINS will release new 2024 JINS/Disney models and related goods on March 7. The lineup includes 16 models of glasses in 40 types and 8 miscellaneous goods. Prices range from 6,600 yen to 10,900 yen.
New to the lineup are glasses with Mickey & Friends character art to enhance everyday moods and glasses that change for comfortable, stress-free home time, featuring Winnie the Pooh and his friends. This year, the company will also release models for various situations throughout the year.
The “Mickey & Friends Design” (10,900 yen for adults, 6,600 yen for children) is designed for easy daily use, with the characters subtly embellished on the frame. Illustrations of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse are printed on the temple ends for added cuteness.
JINS HOME/Winnie the Pooh Design (8,900 yen) is the perfect model for home time. It features the phrase “Let’s do nothing” and a print of Winnie the Pooh and his friends relaxing.
JINS Switch FASHION COLOR PLATE/Mickey & Friends Design” (3,000 yen), which can be utilized as sunglasses by overlapping the plate over the glasses, is also available. Character illustrations and signatures of Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, etc. are designed on the plate and on the lenses.
The lineup also includes “JINS SCREEN/Mickey & Friends Design” (6,600 yen), which cuts blue light. Artwork of Mickey & Friends gathered in one frame is printed on the temples. The black and brown demi base colors are easy to use for everyday wear. Two models with 25% and 40% blue light cut rates are also available.
The company also started handling eyewear-related goods. Two types of eyeglass cases (hard 1,800 yen, folding 1,800 yen), a large “cerite” (900 yen), and a Mickey-shaped hook-type “glass cord” (1,800 yen) that can be used as a holder will be available.
