Sugoi Sauna will open the Akasaka (men-only) and Higashi Azabu (women-only) branches of its public magma-spa style sauna.
The magma spa type sauna utilizes the effect of radiant heat generated by heating lava rock from Mt. The room temperature can be kept lower than that of conventional saunas, which reduces the burden on the body while improving deep body temperature and promoting perspiration for relaxation.
