TRIBAWL and Mitsubishi Estate & Simon will open the Segway Go-Kart Attraction, a circuit track using Ninebot Gokart PRO electric go-karts, at the Sakai Premium Outlets. The period is from March 16 to May 12.
This is the first attraction at a commercial facility utilizing a large parking lot, and was first held in 2022 and was so well received that it was rescheduled for a limited time. Two types of courses are available: Racer Mode and Family Mode, with fees starting at 700 yen. In particular, the 500-meter-long racer mode has straights and crisp corners that can be enjoyed at full throttle.
The electric go-karts have two speed settings, with different maximum speeds depending on the course. 18 km/h in racer mode and 8 km/h in family mode.
The Ninebot Gokart PRO, with its black body, is designed like a real racing car, combining functionality and visual appeal. When riding in the vehicle, the driver’s line of sight is closer to the ground, allowing the rider to enjoy a more thrilling driving experience than at actual speed.
