The Empire Grill, the California cuisine restaurant at the Disney Ambassador Hotel, will offer a limited-edition course menu filled with the world of the smartphone game “Disney’s Twisted Wonderland” starting in April and continuing for about a year.
The year is divided into eight periods, one week per period, each themed around one of the seven dormitories that appear in the game. The chefs have paid attention to every detail in their course meals, and the drinks are impressive with their bubbles that trap aromas.
Pre-sales begin at 10:00 a.m. on March 1 (by lot drawing at Lawson Ticket). “Disney’s Twisted Wonderland” Special Course at Empire Grill – Savannah Claw” (13,000 yen), offered May 13-19, is inspired by the world of the movie “The Lion King”. The theme is the Savannah Claw dormitory.
From the appetizer to the main course, “Light Potage of Beef Shank Confit and Chickpeas,” the main point is the abundant use of meat, and the “Grilled Lamb and Roasted Vegetables with Chimichurri and Thyme-Scented Beef Jus” incorporates yellow, the dormitory’s color, throughout, along with its flavor, The yellow color of the dormitory is used throughout the dish.
