Seiko Time Creation will release the FS514B, a wall clock featuring the Wizard’s Apprentice from the Disney film “Fantasia,” on February 22. The price is 22,000 yen.
The most distinctive feature of the design is that when it gets dark, the magic of the starry sky comes to life. Mickey Mouse and the starry sky are decorated with luminescent paint, allowing users to enjoy a romantic moment just like in the movies.
The hands are also carefully designed. The hour hand has a starry sky pattern, and the crystal ornament on the second hand is colored to resemble the night sky.
In addition, Mickey Mouse dressed as the sorcerer’s apprentice is included in the lower left corner, and the letters 7, 8, and 9 o’clock are the same color as the shoes, robe, and sorcerer’s hat. Measuring 297 x 51 m (diameter x thickness) and weighing approximately 1.1 kg, the watch has radio-controlled quartz movement and uses two AAA alkaline batteries.
