Grant Agreement for Grant Assistance to Ukraine: Provision of equipment and materials for emergency restoration and promotion of public-private partnership (Phase 3 of the Emergency Restoration Plan) ｜ News & Media

The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a Grant Agreement (G/A) with the Government of Ukraine on February 19 for a grant of up to 15.8 billion yen for the “Emergency Rehabilitation Plan (Phase 3)”.

JICA has been supporting the people of Ukraine who are forced to live in severe conditions due to the invasion by the Russian military through the “Emergency Rehabilitation Plan” (22.44 billion yen) and the “Emergency Rehabilitation Plan (Phase 2)” (53.072 billion yen), etc., for which the G/A was signed in March and April 2023.
