APA Hotel and Maitu reopened the APA Hotel (1-2-3 Yashima-cho, Ishigaki City, Okinawa Prefecture).
The hotel’s common areas were redecorated, including new cloths in the front desk and lobby, and 14 rooms were added, bringing the total to 103 rooms, all of which were renovated to “new urban hotel” specifications, including replacement of TVs, unit baths, ceiling lights, and other items.
In conjunction with the reopening, the hotel will offer an “Overnight Stay Plan Commemorating the Reopening” until February 29, 2012. Prices are 6,000 yen for a single room, 8,000 yen for a double room, and 10,000 yen for a twin room, all of which are limited to a certain number of rooms.
