On January 30, Oriental Land held “Thanks Day,” a program for Cast Members at Tokyo Disney Resort.

Approximately 16,000 Cast Members were welcomed by executives and employees as guests and entered Tokyo DisneySea. They rented out the park after closing time to enjoy the one-night-only special event.

The company is focusing on ES (Employee Satisfaction) activities so that associate (part-time) employees can work with a sense of fulfillment, and this event was held as part of such efforts.

On the day of the event, the park closed at 19:00 and opened again past 20:00. Yumiko Takano, Chairman (and) CEO, and Kenji Yoshida, President (and) COO, expressed their gratitude directly to the park’s associate employees and performers who came to the park.
