The Tokyo Metropolitan Transportation Bureau will offer the web-based reservation service “TOEI Smart Commuter Pass Reservation” from March 5.
This service allows customers to purchase PASMO commuter passes (commuter/student) for Toei Subway, Nippori-Toneri Liner, Tokyo Sakura Tram (Toden Arakawa Line), and Toei Bus at ticket vending machines at stations by making a purchase reservation on the website in advance.
Applicable stations are Toei Subway and Nippori-Toneri Liner stations (except Oshiage, Meguro, Shirokanedai, Shirokanetakanawa, Shinjuku, Akadoshogakko-mae, Adachi-kodai, Takano, Yazaike and Toneri stations), and only ticket vending machines with the “TOEI Smart Commuter Pass Reservation” logo are supported.
No membership registration or annual fee is required. Integrated PASMO, mobile PASMO, PASMO for the disabled, and magnetic commuter passes are not accepted.
Also, from March 5 to April 14, a “ToKoPo Members Only Campaign” will be held, in which 100 people who join ToKoPo and use this service will be selected by drawing to win 2,000 points.
In addition, commuter pass purchases can be omitted only when renewing the commuter pass from April 1. When purchasing a new commuter pass or changing the section of a commuter pass, it is necessary to present the document.
