Hakone Tozan Bus will start online reservation (station to inn) at “Hakone Carry Service” in Hakone-Yumoto Station on February 7. In addition, payment by credit card will also be available.
The Hakone Carry Service will accept luggage deliveries from stations to lodgings, and will be available in multiple languages (Japanese, English, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese), in addition to avoiding the crowds at the local counter by making reservations in advance online. A dedicated online counter is also scheduled to be established at the station.
In addition, from February 7 through the end of May, an online use discount of 100 yen off the shipping fee will be offered for online reservations only.
