JAL to launch new A350-1000 aircraft on the Haneda-London route and other routes in sequence. Haneda-Ishigaki route operated by 787-8 for the first time.

JAL has finalized its flight plan for international and domestic routes for FY2024. The flight plan for international routes for the second half of the year will be announced at a later date.

For international flights, Haneda-Doha route will be opened and operated daily from March 31. To commemorate the launch, a discount mileage campaign is scheduled to begin on February 8.

The new Airbus A350-1000 will be introduced on the Haneda – Dallas/Fort Worth route, the New York route (JL04/03), and the London route (JL43/44) in succession. JL06/05, the Haneda – New York route, has been in operation since January 24.

On domestic routes, in response to strong tourism demand, flights on the Haneda-New Chitose route will be increased to 17 round trips per day from March 31, and flights on the Itami – New Chitose route will be increased to 5 round trips per day from June 1 to September 30.

In addition, from August 1 to 31, the Haneda-Ishigaki route will be operated by the company’s first Boeing 787-8 aircraft in an effort to expand supply.
