Ginza KOJI CORNER will release two types of special Minnie Mouse patterned cakes for “Minnie’s Day” on March 2.
The hole-type “Minnie Mouse Decoration” (4,104 yen) requires reservations and is limited to 3,000 units. It is a pink-colored unit with Minnie Mouse and flowers as motifs.
The sweet and sour taste of berry mousse and strawberries, and the mildness of the chocolate nache, will bring spring to your mouth with just one bite. The optional Minnie Mouse patterned picks can be used to decorate the top to make it look like a dress. Figaro the cat, ribbons, and other picks are also included. The size is 13.5 cm in diameter, and one hole is enough for about five people. Reservations can be made online from January 26 to February 19 and in stores until February 22. Delivery will be from March 2 to 3.
The “Minnie Mouse Strawberry Rare Cheese” cut cake (594 yen) will be available in stores from February 23 to March 14. The cake features Minnie Mouse-inspired decorations using dots and red colors. The smooth cheese mousse is topped with raspberry jelly. Minnie Mouse ribbons are placed on top of strawberries and whipped cream.
