Posted on January 22, 2024 by News Admin

Hotel JAL City Sapporo Nakajima Koen (3-1-25 Minami 8-jo Nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido) will renew its breakfast buffet menu on February 1.

To make it possible to enjoy Hokkaido’s royal gourmet cuisine for breakfast, the performance counter offers miniature portions of three major Hokkaido ramen dishes: Sapporo miso, Asahikawa shoyu, and Hakodate shio. The chef boils the noodles right in front of you upon order, and you can choose toppings as you like from 12 carefully selected ingredients.

The restaurant also offers a variety of local delicacies, such as “Kaisen Zuke-don” and “Chazuke” (a bowl of rice topped with a bowl of rice and a bowl of green tea), “Handmade Soup Curry” made from spices, “Tokachi-style Pork Bowl” flavored with Japanese pepper, “Zangi” (fried chicken), a local drink “Soft Katugen”, and more.

Breakfast is served at Cafe Contrail on the first floor of the hotel. Hours are 7:00-10:00 (last order at 9:30). The price is 2,400 yen for adults and 1,400 yen for children under 12.
