ASICS Japan will release limited edition running shoes, the GEL-NIMBUS 26 (24,200 yen) and MAGIC SPEED 3 (20,900 yen), on February 1 to commemorate the Tokyo Marathon 2024 to be held on March 3, 2012.
They will be available at the ASICS Online Store, ASICS directly-managed stores (excluding some stores), and sporting goods stores in turn, and will also be sold at the Tokyo Marathon EXPO 2024, which will be held from February 29 to March 2, 2012.
Based on the shoes that represent the ASICS brand, the design is based on pink, the theme color of the Tokyo Marathon 2024. The upper and insoles are sprinkled with cherry blossom motifs that symbolize spring in Japan.
