DoubleTree by Hilton Osaka Castle opens in May. Total 373 rooms in 4 types in front of the castle park and along the Neyagawa River.

DoubleTree by Hilton Osaka Castle (1-1-1, Chuo-Otemae, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture) began accepting room reservations on its official website on January 18. After a soft opening on May 1 as the first “DoubleTree by Hilton” brand in Osaka, the grand opening is scheduled for May 23.

Located a 5-minute walk from Tenmabashi Station and a 10-minute drive from Osaka Station, the 15-floor hotel from the 6th to 20th floors offers a total of 373 guest rooms, restaurants, lounge & bar, take-out store and other food and beverage facilities, fitness center, swimming pool, executive lounge, banquet halls, conference rooms The hotel will also feature a fitness center, swimming pool, executive lounge, banquet hall, conference rooms, and other facilities.

The lobby area of the hotel is designed to resemble a “Hishigakikaisen,” a merchant ship that once connected Osaka and Edo (Tokyo), and a “port” with motifs of the scenery and people of this area, which flourished in the shipping industry, and a carpet resembling waves creates a quaint atmosphere.

All 373 guest rooms of four types are designed to make you feel relaxed and at home, with a lot of blue in the design, inspired by port towns and water cities. Guests can fully experience the changes of spring, summer, fall, and winter in Osaka from their rooms. The Castle View rooms offer a view of Osaka Castle Park, while the River View rooms offer a sense of openness and a night view of the buildings, taking advantage of their riverside location overlooking the Okawa River.

The “All Day Dining” restaurant is a buffet restaurant where you can enjoy a wide variety of dishes. The restaurant has a glass wall on one side, allowing diners to enjoy the view of Osaka Castle as they dine. The “Lounge & Bar” offers a la carte meals such as salads and pasta, afternoon tea, sweets and coffee during the daytime, and signature cocktails and craft beers during evening hours.

In addition, there is an indoor swimming pool with a view of Osaka Castle, a 24-hour fitness center, two banquet rooms, and an executive lounge where guests can enjoy hourly drinks and light meals.
