The 4th floor is one of the largest dining areas in the area, with 20 popular restaurants. The dining floor on the 4th floor is a collection of restaurants and cafes on a 1500 m2 site. The dining area offers not only Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, but also a wide variety of restaurants, including a restaurant specializing in eels and another specializing in shish-kebabs, so you can find a restaurant to suit your taste and occasion. Some of the restaurants require reservations, so you can enjoy dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. The restaurants are arranged around an escalator in the center. The interior is divided into two styles: one with counter seating on the aisle side and an open, easy-to-enter atmosphere that allows customers to see inside the restaurant, and one that emphasizes a private atmosphere with a door that opens to the public.

Large-scale restaurants occupy the second floor connecting the area with the Sky Deck The second floor of the Toranomon Hills Station Tower has a Sky Deck called “T. Deck,” which also serves as the entrance connecting the area with Toranomon Hills Mori Tower. Restaurants with plenty of seating are housed here, one of which is THE GRILL TORANOMON. The restaurant is a large all-day dining restaurant with 114 seats inside, and in addition to counter seats and regular table seats, terrace seats and private rooms are also available. The menu mainly features modernized versions of familiar Western dishes such as cutlets, curry rice, and crab cream croquettes, as well as fresh oysters and seafood appetizers.
