Universal Studios Japan will begin selling a series of original food and goods themed around the limited-time-only attraction “Oni-no-Blade XR Ride: Infinite Train to Dream” on January 31.
The XR Ride held in 2021 will return from February 1 to June 9. To allow visitors to better enjoy the world of the theatrical version of “Blade of Demons: Infinity Train Arc,” new Purgatory goods “catsuits” and popular goods “plushie keychains” and “haori” will be available.
The “Studio Stars Restaurant” also offers past favorites such as a hamburger plate, kids’ set, and blackcurrant mousse & chocolate cake, all inspired by the fight on the infinity train.
At the theme restaurant “Wisteria Flower Restaurant,” menu items inspired by the eight other “pillars” will be available again, including “Ao no Gozen” by Yoshiyuu Tomioka and “Modern Sushi Gozen” by Tengen Umao.
Other new food items include Sumijiro and Priestess Churitos (Matcha Chocolate/Strawberry Milk), and a new acrylic key chain that is fun to collect. The bases of the acrylic stands can be connected like a puzzle.
