National Highway 470, Noetsu Expressway and Norinosatoyama Kaido, partially closed at 7:00 a.m. on August 18.

The Kanazawa Office of Rivers and National Highways, Hokuriku Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and Ishikawa Prefecture announced that National Route 470, Noto Peninsula Earthquake of 2024, Noto Expressway (E41) and Noto-Satoyama Kaido (E86), which were closed to traffic, will be partially unblocked from January 18, 7:00 am.

However, the Noto Mitsui IC – Noto Satoyama Airport IC on the Noetsu Expressway will be open only from Wajima to Anamizu, and the Tokuda Otsu IC – Yokota IC on the Noto Satoyama Kaido will be open only from Tokuda Otsu to Anamizu for emergency vehicles only (general vehicles will remain closed to traffic).

Speed limit of 40km/h will be enforced during the restoration work.
