Prior to boarding, passengers must check in at the counter approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to boarding, and board first at the time of pre-ticket check-in. In the cabin, the cage is tied to the window in the last row and cannot be removed from the cage.
In addition, while feeding is not allowed in the cabin, hydration with a waterer is allowed. The conditions are that the pet must wear a pet mannequin (diaper) in advance, that oxygen service cannot be used for pets in an emergency, and that the pet must be left in the cabin in the event of an emergency evacuation.
