On Friday, December 9, 2023, the MONJA Startup Accelerator Program 3, an acceleration program aimed at supporting Mongolian startups, held a demo day where three companies supported by the program, Brighton, Airee, and Normadic Bear Games, three companies supported by the program, made pitches at the event.

We were joined by Shodairo Yamanaka of Rakuten Capital and Laurenz Melchers of MSM Gr. as mentors and judges, and about 50 people from the Mongolian startup ecosystem and Japanese companies attended as audience members.

The three companies that took the stage made pitches about their achievements to date, the current status of their products, and future business development, and the event was very successful, with sharp questions from the mentors and audience members. At the end of the event, a vote was held and Brighton was selected as the best startup of the program.

In this third program, we have provided support for three months, focusing on providing high-quality mentoring and building relationships with potential investors and alliances. The program has received positive feedback from the recipients, such as, “We were able to obtain valuable input to brush up our business model,” and “We were able to connect with various people, including investors. The organizers and management team will continue to support MONJA graduate startups in the future.

For Program 4, we plan to begin accepting applications around April 2024. More details will be posted on the MONJA website as they become available.
