Walt Disney Japan has released a new line of “UniBEARsity” characters original to the Disney Store in Japan. The motif is Lucifer, the cat owned by the mother who appears in the movie “Cinderella,” and the cute items with a muscular expression are all available.
The lineup includes an M-size plushie (4,400 yen), a plushie-specific costume (4,200 yen), and a key chain (2,800 yen). Also on sale at the same time are plushies of Gus and Jack (2,600 yen each), the rats that Lucifer uses as his eyes.
Although he is a character from the villains’ side, Lucifer is popular for his lovable expression. The plush toy (4,400 yen) features a plush fur around its neck.
Also, the chunky belly, which is typical of Lucifer, is adorable. The embroidery on the soles of his feet with emblems is also noteworthy. His name is “Minumeshan.
The “Plushie Costume” (4,200 yen) is an item that can be worn with the separately sold Unibear M-size plushie. The top part of the costume also features Lucifer’s muscular face.
It is made with room in the tummy area, giving it a chubby appearance. All-in-one type.
The “Key Chain” (2,800 yen) comes with a plush toy and features a fluffy form. The ribbon tag is embroidered with “Disney Princess BEAR by UniBEARsity. It can be attached in two ways: with a safety pin or on a chain.
The “plushies” of Gus (2,600 yen each) and Jack (2,600 yen each), a plump, rounded figure just like in the movie, are also available for purchase. Both are dressed in shiny velour hats and clothes for a slightly richer atmosphere.
