Danboru Honpo launches lightweight, easy-to-assemble cardboard tables and chairs

Posted on January 12, 2024 by News Admin

Danboru Honpo has released an “outdoor set” that includes a table and four chairs. It is available on the Danboru Honpo website for 3,880 yen, and on other e-commerce sites for 3,980 yen.

The set consists of an assembled table and chairs made of corrugated cardboard. The table is completed by placing the top panel, which also serves as a packing box, on top of the legs. The tabletop has a cute design on it, and the contents of the set are stored in this design when carrying it around. The set can be easily carried by holding the handles on the sides.

The chairs are made of a solid material used for transporting luggage, so even adults can sit on them stably.

The company claims that the table is large enough to accommodate several people for a meal, and the chairs are high enough to dampen the cold air from the ground during cold weather.
