The “Giant Waffle,” for which lines are always long, is now Minnie’s version. The lemon and cheese whipped cream, available only at Disney’s Palpalooza, is delicious!

Tokyo Disneyland will hold “Minnie’s Funderland,” the first in a new series of special events called “Disney Palpalooza,” from January 10 to March 19.

The theme is “Minnie Mouse’s fantasy world filled with her favorite things she dreamed of” and features cute pop decorations, a parade, limited-edition merchandise, special food and more.

The popular “Mickey Waffle” menu item, for which lines are inevitable, will also be available in a limited time only version for this event: “Mickey Waffle with Lemon & Cheese Whip and Maple Sauce” (800 yen). The waffle is sold at Great American Waffle Company.

The large waffle dough, featuring Mickey Mouse’s face, is filled with whipped cream with cheese added to the indentations of both ears. The right ear is topped with bright pink heart-shaped chocolate, and the left ear is topped with sparkling alazan, creating a cute and Minnie-esque arrangement.

The lemon jam underneath the cheese whip gives it a refreshing and crisp taste. I also drizzled the included maple syrup, which soaked into the freshly baked crispy and fluffy waffle batter, and enjoyed a sizzling sweet snack time.

You can buy it at the store and enjoy it on the open-air terrace. In addition to a knife and fork, a special wrapping paper is included, making it easy to eat it as a one-handed snack.

Since winter events are especially cold, we recommend ordering a hot drink such as hot coffee (S size, 300 yen) to go along with the event.
