Minnie’s Funderland, the first in the “Disney Palpalooza” series of special events, began on January 10 at Tokyo Disneyland.
The park will be decorated with hearts, dots, ribbons, and other lovely decorations based on the theme of “Minnie Mouse’s fantasy world filled with the things she loves in her dreams.
The special menu available during the period is also all about Minnie! The “Special Set” (1,270 yen) available at the Sweetheart Cafe includes a hearty sandwich, grape jelly, and a soft drink.
The main “Special Sandwich (shrimp, avocado, cheese cream)” has a pink bun with sparkling silver foil sugar. The visual depicting Minnie’s depiction of the world will make you smile at its cuteness even before you put your cheeks to it.
The aroma of the cheese on the fluffy buns is wafting. The mildness of the cheese cream that holds the shrimp and avocado together, the mustard with just the right amount of acidity, and the aroma of the fried onions are outstanding.
