Hotel Okura announced that it will open Hotel Okura Suzhou in Jiangsu Province, China (north of Suzhou Avenue and west of Xingtang Street, Suzhou Industrial Park, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province) in 2027.
The first “Hotel Okura” brand will be established in Suzhou, which is developing as the economic center of Jiangsu Province due to its location next to Shanghai. It is scheduled to open on the upper floors of a complex building that will house offices and commercial facilities.
The standard guest room size will be 42 m2, and the hotel will have 249 rooms, including 25 suites. There will also be four food and beverage facilities serving Japanese and Chinese cuisine, an executive lounge, a fitness gym, and an indoor swimming pool.
