Lilo Vacations will build 10 new cottages with sauna and hot spring outdoor baths on the grounds of the Oarai Park Hotel (8249-10, Isohama-cho, Oarai-cho, Higashi Ibaraki-gun, Ibaraki Prefecture), a resort hotel surrounded by the sea and pine forest. The opening is scheduled for April 2024.
The theme of the hotel is a “completely private stay” like a villa, where you can spend your time freely without any human intervention, even though you are on the hotel premises.
Each of the 10 cottages is two stories high, and all have saunas, outdoor hot spring baths, and water baths. Seven of the cottages with triangular roofs are regular cottages (capacity for 6 people), and the other three are dog cottages (capacity for 6 people plus 2 small dogs or 1 medium or large dog) with a petit dog run, which can accommodate pet dogs.
The terraces in each building will allow residents to enjoy outdoor activities such as BBQs and bonfires.
