47-room ocean view hotel “seven x seven Itoshima” to open in April in Itoshima, Fukuoka

Posted on January 1, 2024 by News Admin

Kasumigaseki Partners will open “seven x seven Itoshima” (266 Nishiura, Nishi-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture), the first of its new “seven by seven” hotel brand, on April 26. The pre-opening is scheduled for March 1, and reservations are now being accepted on the official website.

seven x seven is a high-end brand of FAV HOTEL, which the company operates mainly in regional cities. seven x seven will inherit the style of FAV HOTEL, but will focus on resort cities (scheduled to open in Ishigaki City, Okinawa Prefecture in summer 2024).

seven x seven Itoshima is located in the seaside resort area of Futamigaura, Itoshima Peninsula, and has 47 rooms on four floors above ground. The hotel was designed by PDP LONDON LLP, an architectural design team based in London, England.

Rooms are available in 11 different designs, all with ocean views, and can accommodate from 2 to a maximum of 8 people. Rooms with special facilities such as a rooftop terrace, private Jacuzzi, and BBQ grill are available, as well as Japanese and Western-style pet-friendly rooms.

The Eatery, located on the second floor of the hotel, will serve breakfast and an a la carte menu, and Cafē & Bar will be open. Take-out and in-room dining is also available.

Amenities include bath salts, original bags, earplugs, and eye masks. A “Shop” is also set up in the building, selling goods and sundries curated by Yu Yamada of Method.
