Premier Hotel CABIN PRESIDENT Tokyo to open in Harumi on April 26, 2024. Total of 135 rooms under the theme of “Sea and Sky

Posted on December 21, 2023 by News Admin

Ken Hotel & Resort Holdings will open the Premier Hotel CABIN PRESIDENT Tokyo (3-2-7 Harumi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) on April 26, 2024. In conjunction with this, the company has begun accepting reservations for the hotel.

Harumi, Chuo-ku belongs to Tokyo’s Bay Area, an area where the “Harumi Flag” is being redeveloped with skyscraper apartments and commercial facilities on the former site of the athletes’ village used for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The hotel is an 8-minute walk from Kachidoki Station on the Toei Oedo Line and a 15-minute walk from Shin Toyosu Station on the Yurikamome Line, making it easy to get to major Tokyo sightseeing spots such as Ginza, Toyosu Market, Odaiba and Asakusa, as well as central business areas such as Shinagawa, Tokyo Station and Tokyo Big Site. In addition, the hotel is surrounded by lush green parks, where guests can enjoy their stay in an open and peaceful environment.

The hotel’s overall design concept is based on the “sea and sky” of Harumi, with “seagulls” in the guest rooms and artwork featuring “waves” at the front desk. A “green and water garden” is located at the entrance.

There will be a total of 135 guest rooms (planned). More than 80% of the rooms, including the main “deluxe twin room,” will be 25.5m2 or more in size. The rooms will be equipped with three separate bathrooms, each with a washbasin. Connecting rooms that can accommodate up to four people are also available on each floor.

All rooms will be equipped with cast-iron televisions, individual air conditioning, humidified air purifiers, capsule coffee machines, and other amenities, and all rooms will have Simmons beds.

Breakfast at the 2nd floor restaurant, Bayside KITCHEN, will feature a menu lineup centered on freshly baked bread from the hotel’s 1st floor bakery cafe. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of menu items such as smoothies made with fresh vegetables and fruits, and open sandwiches served in the live kitchen.

In addition, the hotel will have a laundry that can be used at any time of the day, a free fitness gym for the exclusive use of guests, and a microwave oven.
