Fujikyu Group’s Tokoku Touge will hold an illumination event “MANTEN 1059” at PANORAMA TERRACE 1059 (Panorama Terrace 1059), an observation terrace with a spectacular 360 degree panoramic view. The event will run from December 23 to February 25, 2024, on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (closed December 30-31).
Fuji in front of you, the entire terrace will be covered with blue illumination that harmonizes with the starry sky. In addition, a projection show “MANTEN STAR TERRACE” will be held on the second floor of the summit station building, where visitors can experience a shower of shooting stars and feel as if their entire body is enveloped in a star-filled sky.
The “Panorama Cable Car,” which climbs among trees, plants, and flowers, is also transformed into a starry sky with blue lights and lasers at night time.
A neon photo spot will appear in the TENGOKU CAFÉ on the first floor of the summit station building. The café will offer original menu items such as Mont Blanc covered with gold leaf and glowing drinks reminiscent of illumination. It is also possible to enjoy them at a special seat on the terrace surrounded by the night sky.
The fee is 2,000 yen for adults (junior high school students and older) and 1,000 yen for children (elementary school students). Hours of operation are from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
