On December 20, ANA released capsule toys of the international economy class in-flight meal. The price is 400 yen per capsule. They can be purchased at capsule toy corners nationwide.
The company began mail-order sales of in-flight meals in December 2020 for the Corona disaster, and by September 2023 the cumulative number of meals sold will surpass 2 million. To commemorate this milestone, 10 popular meals sold to date have been made into small figures measuring approximately 4 cm. The figures will be sold under Bushiroad Creative’s capsule toy brand “TAMA KYU.
The first lineup, to be released on December 20, includes “Beef Hamburger Steak,” “Seafood Doria,” “Pancake and Egg Tart with Chicken Sausage,” “Beef Stew & Mellow Egg Omelet,” and “Beef Sukiyaki Donburi” from the popular 10-meal menu.
The second phase is scheduled to roll out in late January and includes “Chicken Teriyaki Kanehira Don”, “Osaka Daikoku Sauce Chicken Katsu Curry”, “Beef Yakiniku Karubi Don”, “Tororo Tamago no Eel Tamadon Don”, and “Chicken Nanban Don”.
The containers are engraved with the ANA logo and all come with chopsticks.
