The Organization hereby announces that it has decided to continue its measures against the following persons.

Duration of measures
Fuji Creative Corporation from December 17, 2023 until the compliance program of Fuji Creative Corporation is confirmed by the Organization.
Details of Measures
1 . For contracts to which the Organization is a contracting party, the Organization’s eligibility to participate in general, nominated, or planned competition or other contract competition shall be suspended for the duration of the action, and if the Organization is currently nominated, the nomination shall be revoked. In addition, the Organization shall not be a party to any negotiated contract.
For contracts to which the Organization is a party, the Organization’s eligibility to participate in general competition, competition by appointment, competition for planning and other contract competitions will be suspended during the period of the action, and if the Organization is currently appointed, the appointment will be revoked. In addition, the Organization shall not be a party to any negotiated contract. 2 . The joint venture including the above-mentioned persons shall be treated in the same manner as described in 1. above during the period of the measures. The above-mentioned persons shall not be approved to be subcontractors, completion guarantors, or agents for contracts to which JBIC is a party during the period of the measures.
Reason for continuation of measures
The Compliance Program stipulated in Article 8, Paragraph 1, Pillar 1 and Item 2 of the Regulations on Measures against Fraudulent Acts in Contracts Conducted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (Regulations (Chou) No. 42, 2008) was not submitted to the Organization by December 16, 2023, and the contents were not confirmed.
