Tokyo Disney Resort will hold special New Year’s events from January 1-8, 2024. Over the New Year’s holiday, Disney Hotels will prepare linked menus at their restaurants. Canna” at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel will offer “Year End & New Year Precious Canna” (7,000 yen) at lunch time.
The special course, which adds a New Year’s touch, features appetizers with Osechi elements such as “Red and White Namasu and octopus stewed in red wine,” “Sudoko and yuba tofu paste” and “Cold Royale with cured ham and chestnut kinton.
The “Sea bream and sweet shrimp tartar with plum wine jus, prawn potato and kumquat salsa,” “Seared yellowtail with saikyo miso, rapeseed and chorogi bean paste,” “Oshu iwai chicken rontine with black beans and green mustard sauce,” “Black rice with black rice,” “Gagokonbu and temari-fu soup,” a rich variety of dishes and beautifully red and white rice. The rich variety of dishes and the beautifully decorated red-and-white dishes in the bowls will add to the year-end and New Year’s atmosphere.
For dessert, take a breather with the Japanese sweet “Cacao-flavored Zenzai with Green Tea Parfait Glass”. Enjoy a relaxing taste and welcome a wonderful new year!
You can also choose a “Magical Art Drink (coffee liquid, milk, whipped)” as a beverage that comes with the course. This drink features a New Year’s Eve and New Year’s design with Donald Duck and Chip and Dale celebrating the New Year. Be sure to order one.
