Kasumigaseki Capital will open “FAV LUX Nagasaki” (3-10 Matsugae-cho, Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture) on February 1, 2024 as the first facility under the new FAV LUX brand from FAV HOTEL operated by Kasumigaseki Partners.
FAV LUX is said to be a high-end hotel that retains the stylish design of the previous FAV HOTEL for large groups, but offers more space than its predecessor and more extensive in-house facilities and amenities than its predecessor.
On the top 9 floors, there are three types of suites, the Bank Suite, Sauna Suite, and Suite, which boast approximately 65 to 80 m2 of space. They can accommodate a maximum of 6 to 8 persons and have access to the rooftop for guests only.
The shared private sauna can be used by up to 8 people and can be enjoyed by groups or families. The “Sauna Suite,” which allows guests to enjoy the sauna in their rooms at any time, has an area of 82.8m2 and an outdoor air bath space overlooking Nagasaki Bay and Mt.
