Hilton Tokyo, “Strawberry Petit Boulangerie” afternoon tea featuring breads and sweets made with strawberries

Hilton Tokyo (6-6-2, Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) will offer afternoon tea “Strawberry Petit Boulangerie” at the 2nd floor Bar & Lounge ZATTA from December 27 to mid-April. 6,000 yen, weekends and holidays 6,700 yen (including service charge).

Petit Boulangerie means “little bakery” and will offer more than 10 kinds of breads and sandwiches. In addition, two types of sweets selected from the strawberry sweets buffet at the Marble Lounge, fresh strawberries in a glass, and non-alcoholic sparkling wine with strawberries as the first drink will be served.

The sweet breads include “Western-style Yomogi Anpan” wrapped with strawberries and grains of red bean paste, “White Chocolate Scone” with strawberry jam and sour cream, as well as “Strawberry Cheese Ganache Brioche” and “Strawberry Pistachio Danish”.

The meal breads include “Garland Chrysanthemum Cakesalet” to be enjoyed with mascarpone & fresh cream, “Berry Bread Truffle Egg Sandwich” kneaded with raspberries and beets, “Pork Riette Bruschetta” accented with blueberry jam horseradish, and “Chicken and Potato Mini Quiche with Strawberry Jus” and “Chicken and Potatoes with Strawberry Jus” will be available. Other items include “Menchi-Katsu Burger,” “Potage of Potatoes with Beets,” and “Avocado, Tomato and Strawberry Tartar.

Twenty types of drinks will be offered, including teas from organic tea brand ART OF TEA. In addition to flavored teas such as “Strawberry Cream,” customers can enjoy original drinks such as “Strawberry Latte” and “Raspberry Iced Oolong Tea.
