Shogakukan-Shueisha Productions will hold the “Detective Conan Exhibition Commemorating the 30th Anniversary of the Serialization” at Sunshine City (3-1 Higashi-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo). The exhibition will run from January 12 to February 25, 2024.

Detective Conan” began serialization in Shogakukan’s “Weekly Shōnen Sunday” in January 1994. In addition to introducing the history and appeal of the series through six themes, the “Gosho Aoyama Special Exhibition Room,” which closely follows the original author Gosho Aoyama and collects valuable materials on the initial settings of the series, will also be open to the public.

In addition, a total of 14 types of “Random Can Badge Collection,” “Acrylic Stand,” and original goods such as “Catsuits” that allow you to wear Conan and Ran’s hair style will be sold at the venue.

The “30th Anniversary Detective Conan Exhibition” will be held at eight venues across Japan, starting on January 12 in Ikebukuro, followed by Fukuoka, Sapporo, Sendai, Osaka, Hiroshima, Yokohama, and Nagoya.

To commemorate the exhibition, a commemorative ceremony with Mr. Aoyama as a guest will be held on January 20 at the Sunshine City Fountain Plaza. Readers of “Shonen Sunday” will be invited by drawing lots to a priority viewing area where they can get a close-up look at the stage.

Admission tickets will go on sale at 7:00 p.m. on December 8 at various playguides. An “admission ticket with privilege” that allows visitors to receive an acrylic diorama set with illustrations by Aoyama and an “audio guide” (700 yen) that allows visitors to enjoy an exhibition commentary by Minami Takayama, a voice actress from the TV animation series, are also available.
