Yahoo! Travel launches “Yahoo! Pack Ultra Sale

Yahoo! Travel (LINE Yahoo!) launched the “Yahoo! Pack Ultra Sale” on the 22nd.

This sale is part of the “Yahoo! Pack” service, which allows customers to book a combination of accommodations and airline tickets, offering popular accommodations and airline ticket packages in targeted areas in Japan at sale prices for a limited time only.

The sales period is from 12:00 p.m. on November 22 to 12:00 p.m. on December 4, and the eligible travel period is from November 23 to departure on May 7, 2024. Some facilities in Hokkaido, the Tokyo metropolitan area, Kansai, Kyushu, and Okinawa are eligible.

In conjunction with this campaign, a discount coupon will be distributed for JAL and ANA flights only, offering up to 30,000 yen off, and a campaign will be conducted to award an additional 5% of PayPay points for reservations on JAL flights, and up to 10% of PayPay points for Yahoo!

The company noted that the average hotel room price in Tokyo’s 23 wards is approximately 1.8 times higher than before Corona, and 1.9 times higher in Kyoto, and that the recovery of inbound travel and other factors will continue to drive up room prices, leading more people to book travel earlier than before Corona, and spring break reservations have already begun to move, according to Metro Engines’ The survey is presented here.

On top of that, Yahoo! Travel has decided to hold this sale in order to provide customers with a discount on domestic travel during the year-end and New Year holidays and spring break. The company plans to hold similar sales about five times a year.
