Posted on December 4, 2023 by News Admin

Sony Marketing has begun accepting pre-orders for items designed for Disney’s 100th anniversary.

The lineup includes the WF-C700N/D100 wireless noise-canceling earphones (18,700 yen), the WH-CH720N/D100 headphones (24,200 yen), and the NW-A306/D100 Walkman NW-A300 series (48,400 yen). Both products are expected to be delivered in approximately three weeks from the time of order, and will be accepted until January 31, 2024.

The fully wireless “WF-C700N/D100” are noise-canceling earphones featuring a high sense of immersion. It is equipped with an in-house made driver unit that delivers well-balanced sound from bass to treble, and features a limited-edition design and logo drawn as part of the company’s 100th anniversary. It is available in white only.

The WH-CH720N/D100 employs the V1 integrated processor, which is used in the top-of-the-line WH-1000XM5 noise cancellation headphones. It is capable of low latency noise processing and high noise canceling performance at high frequencies. In addition to being the lightest model, they are said to reduce fatigue even after long hours of use. The housing depicts Mickey Mouse and others in command. The color is black.

The NW-A306/D100 Walkman is a music-only device with a 3.6-inch screen size. It reproduces a variety of sound sources, from high-resolution to streaming sources, in high sound quality. It uses gold-added high-quality solder, etc., and is said to offer bass sound with tightness in the sound spread. The classic Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse dancing with the Disney 100 logo in the background are engraved on the back of the case. The color is blue.

Samples of the three models are also on display at Sony Store Ginza, Sapporo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka Tenjin.
