On November 28, Cover announced “Gurarium in Sendai Umino-Mori Aquarium,” a collaborative event between VTuber Uru-Gura, a member of Hololive English, and Sendai Umino-Mori Aquarium (4-6 Nakano, Miyagino-ku, Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture). The event will run from January 20 to February 29, 2024.
The government’s Blue Tourism Promotion Support Project aims to promote the attractiveness of Sendai and neighboring coastal areas, attract tourists from Japan and abroad, and help the local economy recover.
The collaboration event will include the installation of a life-size panel in the museum, a welcome movie, illustration panels, and voices introducing the creatures.
