Mori Trust Hotels & Resorts will open Laforet Hakone Gora Yunokeshi Ayakan on January 19, 2024. Prior to this, the company began accepting reservations for the hotel on November 13.
Aya-kan is a new building adjacent to Laforet Hakone Gora Yuno-sei, which is operated by the company. All 22 rooms are equipped with an outdoor hot spring bath and terrace, and pets are allowed in the “Premier Dog Friendly Room,” which is limited to four rooms.
From January 19 to February 29, the hotel will offer the “Hakone Harmony Retreat” plan to celebrate its opening. The room rate is from 32,250 yen per person (based on double occupancy), including dinner and breakfast in the guest room.
Dinner will feature dishes that focus on local ingredients and seasonal flavors, such as Lake Ashinoko public fish escabeche, Numazu Port seasonal fish grilled with Odawara’s Iichi miso, Hakone Nishi-Foothills vegetables, and a choice of locally produced drinks.
In addition, one bottle of “HAKONE FOREST MIST” (original aroma spray), an item commemorating the opening of the hotel, will be given away per room for this plan only.
