Sanrio will release the “Nagano Friends x Sanrio Characters” series, 26 items in total, in collaboration with illustrator “Nagano” on November 16.
Stores selling the products include Sanrio directly-managed stores, Sanrio corners in department stores, and Sanrio Online Shop main store, Rakuten Ichiba store, and PayPay Mall store. The number of each item sold will be limited to two of each character (eight for the Secret Bangs Clip only), and numbered tickets will be distributed at some stores.
The series depicts the beginning of a fun “parlinai” between the “Nagano Friends,” including the Nagano bears, Pugs, and Chiikawa, and the Sanrio characters, where they spend time together as friends.
The plush lineup includes Nagano’s Bear in Hello Kitty pajamas, Pug in Pochakko pajamas, and IKAWA in Cinnamoroll pajamas.
Mascot holders and mascot brooches feature the same characters as the plush toys, as well as Hachiware wearing My Melody pajamas, Usagi wearing Pom Pom Pring pajamas, Mochi Kinchaku with Hello Kitty ribbon, Mole with My Melody or Pom Pom Pring catsuits Croquettes will also be available.
The Secret Bangs Clip, which is a fun way to see which design will appear, also features Hangyodong and Kuromi.
Pouches, bags, towels, clear files, and drawstring sets are all printed with designs newly drawn for this collaboration.
