Enthralled by desserts with notes popping out of sheet music. Disney Ambassador Hotel’s Christmas menu makes the holidays brighter with shapes and delicacies!

Posted on November 17, 2023 by News Admin

In conjunction with the special event “Disney Christmas,” which begins on November 8, Disney Hotels in Tokyo Disney Resort are preparing luxury menus perfect for Christmas.

From December 15 to 25, guests can enjoy the “Disney Christmas” Special Dinner Emerald (16,500 yen) at the Empire Grill, a California cuisine restaurant at the Disney Ambassador Hotel.

The five amuse-bouches are “Consommé Royale with Abalone and Lily Root,” “Remoulade of Shrimp and Celery Ark,” “Enchilada of Beef Ho Ho and Colby Jack,” “Meuniere of Albacore with Truffle Sauce,” and “Liver Mousse and Brioche with Porto Fragrance.

Appetizers include “Marinated Cold Spanish Mackerel with Smoked Cauliflower Mousse and Caviar,” “Roasted Beetroot Salad with Hibiscus Jelly” and “Pedro Ximenez Vinaigrette.

The “Cream Soup with Ri de Vau and Porcini Mushrooms in Pie Wrapper” offers the crispiness of the pie along with the soup.

For the main course, we had a choice of one of three dishes. Grilled Japanese beef ribeye, grilled beef tenderloin and lamb chops, and grilled flatfish with shallot and herb charred butter sauce. All are thick, juicy, and satisfying.

For an additional ¥4,000, you can choose grilled wagyu beef tenderloin or grilled lobster for ¥2,500.

The dessert “White Chocolate and Yuzu Siboust with Cattle Epice Ice Cream” is the key to the three-dimensional effect. The notes pop out from the sheet music, just like music being played. With coffee or tea, you can enjoy an elegant after-dinner time.

The course comes with an “original charm” and an “original coaster”.

A sumptuous dinner with plenty of seasonal ingredients is the perfect way to spend Christmas with your loved ones. Create special memories with your meal.
