Tokyo Disney Resort has been holding “Tokyo Disney Resort 40th Anniversary Special Drone Show” this summer at fireworks displays around Japan to commemorate the park’s 40th anniversary.
The next location for the festival will be announced on November 23 at the Nagano Ebisukou Smoke Festival in Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture. The event is scheduled to begin around 5:30 p.m.
The special drone show will feature approximately 700 drones soaring simultaneously into the night sky, dynamically depicting Disney characters to the accompaniment of well-known Disney songs. The show also includes elements to celebrate the 40th anniversary and lasts about 15 minutes, making it an outstanding spectacle.
The drone show will depict Mickey Mouse in his special 40th anniversary costume, as well as Olaf, Rapunzel, Peter Pan, and others. The event has already been held at four locations, and this will be the fifth.
