Tokyo Disney Resort will hold the special event “Disney Christmas” from November 8 to December 25.
In conjunction with the event, Disney hotels are preparing dinner menus perfect for Christmas night. This time, we will introduce the “Disney Christmas” Empire Grill Dinner (13,300 yen) at the Disney Ambassador Hotel’s Empire Grill.
The most important point of this luxurious dinner is the succulent, thick meat that is the specialty of Empire Grill. In addition to the mouth-watering main course, a wide variety of appetizers and other culinary delights will be served at your table.
The course consists of six dishes. Starting with an amuse bouche, choose an appetizer from “Marinated Salmon and Beetroot Salad with Lemon Cream and Pepper Rub Accent” or “Roasted Beef Ho Ho Ho and Cauliflower with Spice and Date Salsa”. For an additional ¥1,000, you can enjoy “Sautéed Shrimp with Garlic, Prosciutto and Andives Caesar Salad with Caramelized Camembert,” or for ¥2,000, “Grilled Wagyu Beef Loin with Pepper Jack and Cheddar Cheese Ravioli with Truffle-Scented Root Vegetable Brezzet!
With the soup “Tomato Cream Soup with Crabmeat and Mussels with Scallion Salsa and Tortillas” in between, it was time to move on to the main course.
Choose from grilled beef sirloin, grilled beef tenderloin, spicy grilled lamb chops and lamb shoulder, or seafood platter. You will surely fall in love with the meat, which is cooked with the perfect amount of heat.
For an additional 2,000 yen, guests can enjoy the Empire Grill Surf and Turf, and for 3,500 yen, the Empire Grill Signature Plate for an even more luxurious experience.
Dessert is “Griot Cherry and Tonka Bean Cream Bashuran with Raspberry Sorbet”. It is a chic dish with decorations reminiscent of a perfectly round snowball, Mickey Mouse & street lights. Enjoy after dinner with coffee or tea.
