You can make your own Tomica at Tokyo Disneyland! DISNEY VEHICLE FACTORY” opens on December 5!

Posted on November 5, 2023 by News Admin

Tokyo Disneyland will open the DISNEY VEHICLE FACTORY on December 5, where visitors can create their own “Disney Vehicle.

Guests can select parts of the “Disney Vehicle Collection ” and Cast Members will assemble them in front of them. The price is 2,000 yen per set. The first set includes nine different designs commemorating the 40th anniversary of Tokyo Disney Resort. The first set will be sold at the “Toy Station” store located in the World Bazaar.

The process of creating an original “Disney Vehicle” involves only three steps: choosing from three different body types and three different colored windows, each with a design of your choice. The interior and seats (framework of the vehicle) are the same.

The body is decorated on both sides with motifs of the anniversary years held at Tokyo Disney Resort between the 40th anniversary, the 5th, 10th, 20th, 30th, and of course the 40th! And of course, the 40th anniversary! It is a great design that can be made with the whole family while reminiscing. In addition to the logo, Mickey Mouse is dressed in an anniversary year outfit.

After picking up the body and window parts, visitors can head to the checkout counter, where a Cast Member will assemble the toy right in front of them to complete it! Please note that you may need to obtain a “Standby Pass” after entering the park to use the DISNEY VEHICLE FACTORY at the Toy Station.

Three types of pre-assembled models will also be sold. The Disney Vehicle Collection (¥2,000 each) will be available on the Tokyo Disney Resort App. The parts for these vehicles are not selectable.
