Tokyo Disney Resort will release New Year’s items on December 1. This year, various types of items will be available, including Disney friends in kimonos enjoying kite flying, zodiac signs and daruma doll designs.

In this issue, we will introduce a whole series of cute items featuring Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in kimonos!

The standard plush badges (2,500 yen each) feature Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. Each is posed with a kite with a dragon design, the Chinese zodiac sign of the year, and a plum-patterned kite in hand. The kimono pattern and colors are also gorgeous for the New Year.
