JR East has lifted the limit on the number of tickets sold per day for the “Shinkarion x Tekpaku Ticket,” a special ticket that includes a round-trip “Shinkansen unreserved seat limited express ticket and boarding ticket” and “Railway Museum admission ticket.
The number of tickets sold had been restricted to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, but the restriction was lifted on October 14, which is Railroad Day. The company also lifted the restriction on the number of visitors to the Railway Museum in October.
